Raymond T. Hersh has a background in corporate/securities law, investment banking, corporate management and commercial banking. Mr. Hersh began his career after graduating from University of Pennsylvania Law School with an appointment to the New York Regional Office of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission where he spent five years as Investigative and Enforcement Attorney and Branch Chief supervising other Attorneys and professionals. Following the SEC, Mr. Hersh spent nine years in investment banking and has gained extensive experience in managing and completing many IPOs, Mergers and Acquisitions, Debt/Equity financing and Venture Capital raises, Chapter II Reorganizations, and has also successfully taken a public company private. For the next twenty years, he gained strategic management experience as CEO/COO and CFO of several companies in Florida. Mr. Hersh is “industry agnostic”, having gained extensive management, marketing, sales and financial experience in manufacturing, technology, healthcare, customer service, aircraft parts and financial services industries. Mr. Hersh joined Merrill Lynch in 2001, in a nationwide position in Commercial Banking. He left Merrill Lynch in May 2007 to found RTH Associates, Inc.
Brian A. Hersh began his diverse career and education in Corporate Finance, and continued into Sales, Marketing, and Training. During his career, Mr. Hersh has held key positions with six companies in various industries, and he believes regardless of the industry that “business is business”. He began his career in Corporate Finance specializing in acquisitions for two companies that were created to fill voids in both healthcare and telecom through consolidation. He has been an integral part of the Financial Reporting and Treasury Departments of Sensormatic Electronics Corp., (subsequently purchased by Tyco International Ltd.) a multinational Fortune 500 company. Mr. Hersh left corporate finance to embark on a career that involved sales, marketing, and sales training in a variety of industries. He has created sales models that were implemented in a large, multi-state region for a major, multi-billion dollar Pharma company and built and trained both inside and field-based sales teams. In C-level Management positions, he changed the focus and business model of the companies to grow their market share and revenues in competitive and adverse situations. Brian left RTH Associates in July 2011 to take the role of Executive VP and General Manager for US Operations for a UK based Medical Products Company. This company has been part of a major global industry roll-up (20 acquisitions in 4 years) and currently Mr. Hersh is Director of Global Strategic initiatives spearheading the Project Management Office (PMO) and taking lead on large scale acquisition integration and facility closure projects.
